Provide mentorship and constant communication for AGM & Shift Supervisor(s), as well as bar staff to promote growth and desired work ethic.Review all time clocks weekly for payroll.Work with Marketing to promote tasting room events, community events, and specials to help increase the flow of traffic to the location.Participate in events planning and support, manage resources and contribute to the creation of special events and promotions.Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and assist as needed with ensuring all shifts are appropriately staffed. Maintain the highest level of customer service and professionalism with guests, management, and co-workers.Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest requests and concerns. Engage guests in conversations, creating regulars, and maximizing the customer experience.Monitor guest relations and serve as the point contact for guest complaints and/or special needs. Maintain a welcoming, educational, exciting, and inviting experience for all guests.Ensure they have appropriate resources to complete essential job duties. As needed, provide support to bar staff in the performance of essential job functions.Brainstorm new ways, tactics, events to increase sales and brand awareness.Analyze trends on visitors, events, beer, food, and merchandise.Coordinate scheduling of onsite food trucks and vendors.Build & maintain vendor relationships for all facility maintenance needs.Complete various maintenance and repairs, and coordinate with team members, AGMs and shift supervisors on significant repair issues and needs.Service any needed equipment on a regular basis such as cold box, crowler machine, slushie machine, dishwashers, bottle fridge, etc.Taproom point of contact for POS questions and adjustments.Manage inventory and participate in merchandise placement to forecast inventory needs and meet sales goals.Ensure all staff is using up-to-date documentation. Follow and improve existing checklists and SOPs using Google Suite.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to increase efficiency throughout all aspects of the taproom.Create change for tasting room cash drawers. Review weekly cash drops and deposits to the bank.Maintain Labor Par Goals to keep taproom properly staffed and profitable.Review P&L’s monthly to improve and streamline cost efficiency.Forecast draft & retail needs of the taproom for proper ordering of those goods.Ensure proper and constant sanitation and cleanliness, and detail up to Pure Project Standards in the taproom and surrounding areas.

Ensure consistent stocking of kegs, supplies, and/or packaged products for sale to guests.Responsible for creating weekly line-ups for team members to be well informed of company and taproom updates and releases.Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day taproom operations and revenue generation.Must be available on evenings, weekends & holidays. The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, generally from Tuesday through Saturday.

The Taproom Manager reports to the Director of Retails Operations. This position will manage all bar staff in their job duties and ensure the taproom operations run smoothly and to the fullest Pure Project standards and expectations. The Taproom Manager will be focused on creating a beer-centric experience and providing friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and exceptional service for guests.
